The Worcester State College Sullivan Auditorium Renovations consists of several upgrades including replacing indoor HV units with new rooftop mounted HVAC units, removal of existing hardwood flooring system and installation of new hardwood and MDF flooring system at Stage, wood refinishing at Stage apron, new gypsum board ceiling above audience seating, new acoustic ceiling tile system at Auditorium Lobby and Exit areas, new electrical panel and dimming controls for "house" lighting, new lighting over areas described, and new EPDM roofing membrane at locations of new rooftop HVAC units. The project includes 3 alternates including replacing all ductwork over audience seating, resealing existing EPDM membrane seams, and an acoustical noise barrier at roof.
