Bidders on this work will be required to comply with:
1. The President`s Executive Order No. 11246 as amended by Executive Order No. 11375. The requirements for bidders and contractors under this order will be explained at the pre-bid meeting
2. The terms and conditions of the six (6) affirmative steps outlined in 40 CFR 33.240 for procurement actions that must be carried out during the performance of the contract to assure the Minority Business Enterprises and Women`s Business Enterprises are awarded a fair share of the sub agreements.
